Jodie is amazing and listens to what you would like but at the same time gives you the right advice as no one likes to get their hair wrong . I trust Jodie so much that you could be blindfolded and still love the haircut with it beautifully styled so much so that you want to show it off . Teigan listened carefully, offered thoughtful advice, and transformed my mum’s hair into something radiant, healthy, and perfectly suited to her. My mum left feeling beautiful, confident, and proud—she even took some selfies and updated her Facebook profile photo! It was so incredible to see my mum shine again. Caitlin is the best hairdresser my partner and I have ever had. She is always friendly and chatty and a few times has been really flexible when I couldn't make it. Caitlin is the only hairdresser I have been to for four years and is a great ambassador for the business! As we are leaving Leicester, I can only say that we will miss her deeply

Malcolm has cut my hair for some time now. Whilst ive been to other salons, what you get with Malolm is someone who really cuts your hair how it needs to be cut - is realistic about how your hair will suit a particular style but who also pushes me out of my comfort zone. Im a 50+ year old ex-goth/punk who has experienced hairdressers cutting my hair as if im old & past-it - Malcolm is totally different. I also see Jo & Malcolm colouring, styling and curling hair that to me has a more conventional style - but which looks equally beautiful. Ive never witnessed an unhappy client. Top Salon!

Such an amazing experience as usual! Had a lovely catch up and she worked a miracle on my hair! Tape removal, full head of highlights and lowlights, toner, wash, cut, blow dry, tapes fitted and styled, she really is the best, highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶
