Sophia done a full head of highlights, toner, cut and blow dry for me today and I am thrilled with the results. She listened to what I was after and advised me exactly what was achievable. She was so lovely to speak to and it never felt forced or awkward. She took me back to the blonde version of me I recognise after feeling a loss of identity as a "mum" and I am so grateful. Gutted I hadn't found this lovely salon earlier as I have lived literally round the corner for almost 3 years 🤦🏼‍♀️. Thank you so much Sophia, see you in April!

Today was my first visit to Olivia. She is very friendly, the salin is welcoming and I was very pleased with my haircut and blow-dry.

Always a lovely time here! Ryan is great and my hair always feels, smells and looks amazing! The best at blow dry and curl!

I recently had my wrinkles filled up in two areas at Luxelle Beauty & Aesthetics Salon and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Anca took the time to explain everything to me and was incredibly professional throughout the entire process. The salon itself is incredibly fancy and modern truly on another level, you don’t see this type of salon very often in Ipswich. I highly recommend Luxelle Beauty & Aesthetics for anyone looking for expert care and an exceptional experience😊✨

Evie came for her first ever wash cut and blow dry in the salon, she absolutely loved the whole experience! Emma was brilliant, she interacted with Evie well, she discussed what we wanted and gave her opinion which we opted for. Evie felt like a real life princess with her curles and has asked to come back already!!

Olivia is very knowledgeable and gave excellent hair advice. She was happy to listen and come up with good suggestions. Excellent cut and styling. Fab products. Even managed to give me a curl/wave that has stayed in for longer than an hour! Many thanks Olivia.

Ryan works his magic as usual on colouring/cutting and blow drying! 👏🏻

Hannah was yet again amazing. Beautiful colours in my hair and fabulous style. Good old chat and catch up and a lot of banter. Good price and wonderful ambience. I haven't been for a hair cut for a while. Mainly because I get busy with work and I do get anxious in places. I saw Mel and she was lovely from the start. We didn't talk a lot but I like that as she just got the job done. She had a laugh aswell and helped me feel so much nicer with my hair. I gave her a tip at the time and it might be weird to give a tip for just a quick dry cut but customer service means everything to me and If you can make someone feel good and looked after as soon as they walk in, then I will show how much I appreciate it.

What a fantastic find, first time having my hair styled cut today, I will definitely becoming a regular client. Showed a photo of the hairstyle I’d like, talked through and the realistic result that could be achieved with my hair type. Beautifully cut and styled, couldn’t have asked for better. My daughter has been going to Ryan for her hair, and she couldn’t be happier. He’s friendly, easy to talk to, and—most importantly—really listens to what she wants.
