I had a dry haircut with Charlie and couldn’t be happier with the result! She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave my hair the perfect shape and refresh it needed. The whole experience was relaxed and professional — Charlie has such a calm, friendly approach that instantly puts you at ease. Lovely Laura gave me her usual 💯 service, nails and toes, perfect, very happy girl right here. We had a child’s haircut with Charlie and she was amazing with our son. He is autistic and non verbal so not the easiest for haircuts but Charlie was so patient with him and when he felt overwhelmed he was able to break whenever he needed it. Thank you Charlie!
