Another exceptional service from Crystal. It can be quite difficult to find a hairstylist who provides a styled cut without shortening my hair more than requested. Crystal did an outstanding job, especially with the dry cut, demonstrating a keen understanding that my hair handles differently when dry. She is very skilled and exceeded my expectations. Absolutely blown away every single time. I have been seeing Jordi for 4+ years and I swear she has never once missed the mark. Today she got my colour done perfectly and somehow still surprised me with how good she is. She is the only person I trust with my hair. Every appointment feels like coming home. I still get a little nervous because I care about the result, but the moment she touches my hair, I relax. She just knows. She listens, she understands you, and she makes you feel like you are in the hands of someone at the top of the game. She is the best on the market.

Amazing service as always. I came back for a balayage refresh since my last appointment in May 2023. My quality of the balayage was topnotch that I didn't feel the need to refresh since the regrowth blended in so well even after many months. Yasu's detailed consults allowed me to just fully relax during the appointment since I knew he'll get me the results I wanted. The whole appointment was relaxing - from the drinks service, to hair washes and head massages, and to the final styling. I will come back to Hair collection Tokyo over and over again for this level of service and balayage quality.
