Outstanding service and customer care. Jacky, Justina and the team always go above and beyond, always make you feel welcome, give you the time to explain what you would like and never rush you…even if you are there most of the day. Not just a salon, but a place that is warm and welcoming, make new friends, feel fantastic when you leave! What more could you ask for!

Had my locs styled up at this visit, and as usual Jacky delivered professional service!

Started to locs my hair back in February, and havent received the outcome I was hoping for.. Felt like my luck ran out and was contemplating on just cutting my hair. But then my partner came across Jackey Guy today, called up and managed to get me an appointment for today 30/05/2023, but I wasn't sure if I'd make it as I was working, and the appointment time was at 1pm. I turned up to my appointment around 1.20pm, as I was running a bit late, and Jackey and her team were so welcoming, the salon was a nice atmosphere, and I walked out a new man. Thank you Jackey and your team.
