Been going to Jacky since I found her ad in the local Bedford newspaper and the salon was located in the Arcade. Now the salon is located on Castle Lane with the sun streaming into the salon when the sun is shining like today. I stepped out of the Salon today after my haircut feeling amazing! Thank you Jacky!

Jacky and Justina are a fantastic team. I always feel pampered and leave the salon happy. When I started going to the salon my locs needed a lot of attention. Now two years on I’m glad I did. My locs are uniformed, much longer and vastly improved overall.

I found Hayley when I needed a last-minute LVL appointment for both my daughter and myself, and she kindly managed to fit us in. I’m so glad we found her, we will definitely be returning, and I’ve already booked another appointment! Hayley is such a lovely and caring person, and she’s fantastic at what she does. She even gave my daughter some chocolates after hearing she’d been having a difficult time recently, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Highly recommend!

I had a facial with Hayley yesterday and it was absolutely exceptional✨ She is incredibly gentle and made sure to check for any allergies or skin sensitivities before beginning the treatment. The facial itself was beautifully balanced, using both warm and cold therapies. While the mask worked its magic, Hayley gave the most relaxing neck and shoulder massage💆‍♀️ My skin is glowing, feels so hydrated, and I slept so well afterwards (an extra bonus). Highly recommend Hayley🤍

Bridal spray tan - I cannot recommend Hayley highly enough. From my trial, she knew exactly the right shade for my skin tone, and the results were flawless. The bridal spray tan was important to gauge the correct shade for my wife and I in photos—I was overwhelmed by the compliments I received on my wedding day. Hayley is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and her quality of work is second to none. She came highly recommended by our make-up artist, and I have absolutely no regrets. Hayley was absolutely brilliant, so welcoming and so easy going. The most comfortable i have ever felt having a service done for the first time by someone new, felt like i had been visiting for years!!
