Ms Makaluza was excellent. Her pressure used with the Swedish massage was gentle yet effective. She was very professional, warm and sweet natured. She demonstrated passion for her job. I will definitely visit regularly as I lwas excited to learn that the salon is open on a Sunday as well.

The massage, staff and facilities itself is great. I think what would make it better is if your parking situation is just clearer to new clients. That they can park at BVI (but signs show parking is strictly for BVI). Then when you go up the stairs just some signs on how to navigate to your spa.

My massage therapist, Cikizwa, is a true expert — she made me feel at ease, communicated clearly, and intuitively worked out every knot and tension. We had such a warm, enjoyable conversation too. I’ve had both the Swedish and deep tissue massages here, both were incredible. Highly recommend visiting for a truly relaxing, rejuvenating experience. I’ll be back! Very relaxing full body massage, only missing things was no music and arms were not massaged which I thought would be part of it. Otherwise very good, ill be back soon.
