I literally cannot put into words out unbelievably amazing this treatment was. Faye is always great, but today when I needed it the most she was next level. I cannot recommend her enough. I’m a qualified deep tissue therapist myself, so I hold high standards and can honestly say she is the best massage therapist I have ever had. Look after yourself and make a booking, you won’t regret it ❤️

I had a really lovely myofascial massage with Eva. I felt very welcomed into the environment and the massage itself was really wonderful. Eva is very intuitive and skilled. Patrick is an incredibly caring, attentive and knowledgeable massage therapist who explains every step of the way what's about to happen in your treatment. Due to working a desk-based role and frequently experiencing tension in my upper back and shoulders, I decided book a massage at the Elements Bodywork studio. As someone who hasn't really had massage before, I felt wholly supported and comfortable -there were moments when I felt so at peace, I could have fallen asleep! I left feeling relaxed, more in tune with my body and I am already looking forward to returning for another session.

Therapy Room is chilled out and welcoming. I've been getting deep tissue/remedial massages with Kasia for years & wouldn't go anywhere else! I've got fibro & hEDS - she knows exactly where my problem areas are and how to work them, so I always leave feeling very relaxed.

This was my 4th visit to Catherine and already looking forward to the next time. Treatments are amazing and her massage is just top tier. Catherine is really professional so you’re made to feel very looked after and comfortable. The room is cosy, very clean and relaxing; much better than many spas I have visited. What a difference this week’s treatments have made to both my mental health and energy levels! I treated myself to a facial, massages, reiki and reflexologies (over a week) and am really feeling the benefits. Catherine is just amazing at what she does and is very reasonably priced. Also, she is such a lovely, kind hearted person. I’ve been a customer for a few years and every treatment has been blissful and so therapeutic.
