I can’t recommend Sasha enough!! She is such a beautiful human and she puts so much time and effort into making sure that you are comfortable. If you tell her what area you need help with she’ll go above and beyond to do what she can. Sasha is the only person I will go to for massages and I would recommend her to everyone xxx

I went to Paula in a lot of pain after a week-long migraine, sinus infection and a foot injury and she, as always, took incredible, loving care of me. Such compassionate, professional and expert attention to detail with a great consultation at the beginning where I felt really heard, ensuring all my body's needs were met and I felt held and cared for throughout the treatment. Paula's training, commitment to her work, and her deep love for what she does and her clients shine through every time I come to visit her - I'm so grateful to have found such an incredible massage therapist. Always amazing! I struggle with muscle soreness from training but I come away from a massage here so much more relaxed every time. I’ve visited various places for deep tissue massage over the years but this is definitely the best by far. Would highly recommend
