One of the BEST deep tissue massages in Norwich (and I’ve had so many)! Amelia is attentive and present throughout her treatments and the pressure she applies is literally perfect. I have extreme tension, knots and stress that gets built up and quite stagnant in my muscles and joints due to being a therapist myself and also on my feet all the time. I left the treatment floating away - I felt like a new woman! I must also add that Amelia’s massage table/bed is INCREDIBLE! I was comfy from the get go. Would highly recommend and will be returning again. Thanks Amelia - you saved me today!

I wouldn’t trust anyone other than Sabrina to do my filler. She’s great at what she does. If you are a bit nervous about treatments, she is patient & kind. Sabrina always makes sure you’re happy before you leave the salon. If you’re thinking about it, she’s your girl. You won’t leave disappointed ⭐️

Amelia is simply incredible. I went to release the stress and pain feeling in my body and I also had a face lift. Seriously OMG it was an amazing experience, her intuition knew exactly where to press to release me from the stiffness and pain. When she finished I was light, flexible, I had more air within myself, it was as if she had cut some strings that were holding me tight. My face, oh my face, the changes was incredible visible, I could not stop smiling, when saw my face on before and after. Wow wow wow, so grateful. Amazing as always finally got my perfect..hair..after 4 lots of bleaching its now as the perfect level im wanting and needing...shes such a professional shes lifted it carefully and with such care she really knows what shes doing...it was sooo worth the wait(and i hate waiting😂)...now my journey of my natural grey/white roots will blend perfectly..and i wont need to bleach or attend too often..jade is the ultimate hairdresser.!..and deserves all the credit...as always im back for more things soon!thanks jade have a great weekend off you deserve it..😍

I had a pregnancy massage with Dawn. I was experiencing all the usual third trimester aches and pains, and wanted some time to relax and reset before baby arrives. The massage was absolutely wonderful. Dawn made sure that I was comfortable throughout and helped support bump with different pillows and positions. She covered my whole body, focussing on my back and hips which held a lot of the tension. When I sat down the evening after my massage, I could really feel the difference! I would highly recommend for other mums to be.

I have had three sessions with Fiona, allways leave with more mobility, Fiona is very good at explaining what she is doing and why, the sessions are allways relaxed apart from when a tight knot is found, Valkyrie was recommended to me and I recommend them to you👍

Had a 1hr deep tissue massage wth Georgina, although a bit achy afterwards (which is normal for deep tissue), my sleep was really great. Definetely worth trying if your body is tight from built up stress and tension.

Fiona was amazing! Incredibly knowledgeable and her expertise really shone through in her treatment. I'll be returning for sure :-)
