I had a back and shoulder massage with Chelsea, and she really helped relieve all the tight muscles I had. I felt so much lighter, with no more pain in my neck and shoulders! Chelsea asked me about the pressure I preferred, was very caring, and she has a great grip. You'll feel like you're in paradise!

Chloe T is lovely and gave me the best body scrub and wrap in such a relaxing environment. I wish I’d had this treatment before as it also involved massage and leaves your skin so smooth. I would highly recommend Chloe. She is so nice and highly professional.

A friend bought me the Pamper day package as I recently gave birth and this was my first time at the spa. It Aalooked wonderful and Mariah was very friendly. I was informed on arrival that the hot stone massage was not available as the therapist would need to know in advance, which I was not made aware of. Mariah asked me some questions and helped decide what sort of facial to go for. Both the massage and facial were lovely. A few little downsides, I was not given the herbal tea or bath bomb gift that was advertised as part of the package and a small radiator was cluttering the therapy room.

I had the tranquility massage with Donna which was amazing as always, and a classic pedicure with Sabita which I loved, really relaxing atmosphere and super professional and nice staff. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended! I'm a professional dancer and have had massage treatments from quite a few different practitioners over the years. My deep tissue massage with Laima was absolutely excellent - she is clearly a deeply skilled and very experienced massage therapist. I feel very lucky to have such a high quality massage therapist in my local area!

One of the best deep tissue massages that I've had so far that heals. You can cleary say that Donna is a professional and a treasure trove at the Pure Synergie Maze Hill.

Incredible massage. Chloe T made me feel very relaxed and she could feel that I was very tense so she managed to get the knots out of my shoulders.

Such a great experience, Liliya was wonderful and my deep tissue massage was excellent. I left feeling relaxed and a lot better after aching all week after playing tennis and working long hours in the NHS. Thank you very much, you’re an absolute star and I will be booking with you again!

I had a tranquillising massage with Chloe H and it was amazing. She addressed areas of my concern like backache very well and the overall experience was just amazing. The staff is courteous and the place is very well maintained.
