I had a wonderful experience at Motion Remedy. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. The salon itself has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax. The massage was excellent, and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. This is the first time I’ve visited Motion Remedy at the new Hornchurch location. The salon is beautifully decorated, in calm and relaxing colours. From the moment you arrive you can see the attention to detail, complimentary hot or cold drinks, friendly helpful receptionist and spotlessly clean. I had an amazing hot stone massage by Gigi, but I will definitely be trying out the treatments available with the new therapists. 12/10!

I recently had a lymphatic drainage massage, and it was incredible! Gigi is professional and knowledgeable, explaining the process and its benefits clearly. Hayley is just fantastic! The best waxer I have been to, fast, efficient and always very professional. Her massages are just the best… an hour is never enough and I’m always left so relaxed and de-stressed. Hayley offers a mobile service which has been so convenient as it means she can set up at your home and offer the same high quality service you would find in her shop. I would highly recommend her.

Had another deep tissue massage with Hayley today, been coming to her for a few months now and she is amazing, very professional and instantly makes you feel at ease and relaxed, I have had such a massive improvement with my back thanks to her. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Another great sports massage from Gigi. Always come away aching from her ironing out the knots in muscles and tendons. A day or so later I notice the real benefits during training or at an event. Definitely recommended 💯
