Honestly the best massage I've ever had. She really listens to me and keeps working until it feels better! She genuinely cares and does her absolute best to help you. The aftercare is amazing too. Reiki healing with Carol. What an experience, a gentle soft massage to relax and get you ready for 45 minutes of serenity. The feelings I had were beautiful, weightlessness, calm, peaceful, gentle heat all combining to give a wonderful sensation of being in balance. So looking forward to my next session. Oh my goodness! What an absolutely phenomenal massage today with Ali! I arrived in lots of pain due to my fibromyalgia and left feeling on top of the world. Ali took care to ensure that the pressure wasn’t too much and was able to work her magic on my tight muscles. I haven’t felt that relaxed in a long time. Thank you Ali xx

Highly recommend, Flo was very welcoming and friendly and enjoyed my sports massage.

I have been going to Flo for massage for a while. The experience is always good. She puts you at ease and checks that you are comfortable during the massage. The massage has helped enormously with the problem and Iam looking forward to building on that to improve my strength.

I had a fabulous relaxing massage today with Caroline. She was very thorough - made me feel really comfortable, checked my medical history and talked me through everything before she started. I have to say it’s the best massage I’ve ever had. Totally recommend it and also want to try reflexology for my next appointment!

Excellent massage,so much better than massages I've had at twice the price before,highly recommend Maxine very friendly and explained what to do with some of my niggling muscle issues in my calf,will be booking up again soon for another.

I have regular sports massages with Flo to help stay injury free for running. I always feel great after a massage and since working with Flo I've definitely seen a reduction in injuries and niggles, and when they do occur she knows exactly how to target them to help nip them in the bud (looking at you IT Band). She's also super friendly and will make you feel really relaxed and comfortable in the session. All in all a great service and very good value!

Great service today I had reflexology and back massage by Rebecca and I left there very very relaxed. I think this might be a regular session I have with her.

I've used a fair few sports massage therapists over the last 20 years and Sue is by far the best. She is incredibly knowledgeable - always helps to ease the various aches and pains with her excellent massages. She recommends specific exercise for strengthening to help prevent reoccurrence. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Always an amazing massage from Sue. She makes me feel at ease despite having anxiety, and has so much knowledge and advice to give for after care so I can continue to run as pain and injury free as possible. I am happy to travel over 20 miles because I would not go to anybody else!

Sue was friendly, knowledgeable and gave me a good sports massage. Will be booking another appointment.
