I had the most wonderful pregnancy massage this morning with Ellie. The first 5 minutes was spent in a consultation where she asked questions about me and my pregnancy in order to tailor my massage. For the next hour, she gave me the most amazing massage with the perfect pressure. She checked in throughout to make sure I was okay, while also allowing me to zone out and relax. I felt fantastic afterwards - the only negative is that it had to end! Thanks Ellie, I’ll definitely be back 😊

I've had a wonderful experiences in the One Lounge every time I go . They're friendly helpful and wonderful at everything they offer ,On Sunday ,Marta gave me a fantastic head & shoulders massage & great relaxing reflexology on my feet ,which sent me to sleep ,I highly recommend The One Lounge .

Wow! What a wonderful treatment with Eleni. Start to finish every aspect is just so personal and thorough with little extra touches like lovely breathwork to start and finishing with a delicious herbal tea.Eleni is so knowledgeable and passionate about her work, it shines throughout her services. So incredibly relaxing that I drifted off to sleep. Especially enjoyed the arm and head/neck massage. The room was also nice and quiet. Highly recommend and will definitely book again.

I had a really wonderful experience with Ellie. The massage really seemed to be catered to my body and needs, and I felt so relaxed and secure in Ellie’s space that I was really able to switch off and enjoy every minute - not an easy task when you’re 31 weeks pregnant! Hope to return again soon and would highly recommend Ellie.

I'm a Registered Massage Therapist in Canada and this was my second treatment with Eleni. Her intuition was spot on. Without a doubt the best massage I have ever received. On a cold winters day I was welcomed in from the ice and harsh winds to a warm, and absolutely beautiful space. From the moment Eleni greeted me at the door I felt welcomed, safe and at peace. The whole experience was wonderful, and Eleni checked in with me often to ensure pressure, and everything was ok for me. I left feeling so happy and relaxed with a tasty herbal tea that compliments the treatment! Highly recommend Eleni at Iremia Massage Therapy, you won't regret it!
