Opted for a head shoulder neck massage. Rhinda was great . Understood my pain areas and put extra work to remove the knots and increase flexibility .highly recommend!

Lauren is always very professional, I've had 3 sports massages with her now. Suffering back pain, these massages have been extremely beneficial to my recovery. Really recommend.
