Preeti does a wonderful job! Satisfied with my. Nails 😀 However my experience was constantly interrupted by customers coming in. I appreciate that it was the manager doing my nails and the manager needing to sort these issues, but perhaps another staff member is required in mornings to manage the desk? While I was there, another customer who had visited the week before returned with a builder gel nail that had come off and this wasn’t replaced free of charge. Preeti acknowledged that the person was a regular- however they still needed to pay. Where is the incentive for loyal customers?

I had a booking for a builders gel infill and gel pedicure with a gel removal at 12.30. I arrived at 12.28 and while I cant fault the staff who attended to me to have this dobe, hense the 5 ☆s, my only complaint and query is that I had to wait until approx 12.55pm to be seen. It's my understanding bookings take priority over walk ins so why was it I had to wait so long?

Very impressed with the services I recieve. I am now a regular here I no longer need to go anywhere else. I trust the work I recieve will be quality and shapedto a high standard. My last set of nails are the best looking set I’ve had so far. Looking forward to visiting here more & seeing all the girls again.
