I came to Kiki’s after getting BIAB at a different salon. Thank goodness for Grace. I explained how my nails were feeling so weak after being over filed with an electric file. She reassured me and got a new set done and she answered my questions about care etc. This time my BIAB looked great, and loved the colour. So I came back today for my infills and again Grace was fab. Great work and lovely conversation. Will be coming back to Kiki’s from now on 😀

I always feel quite anxious about going to a new salon but Lucy put me at ease straight away!💗 We chatted away the whole time, which was so lovely! I love my nails, will be back in a few weeks for infills 💅🏻xx
