Had my first BIAB set done today, Kia was absolutely fabulous. She explained the process every step of the way and made me feel part of the process. I have short and weak nails so BIAB is definitely the way forward to try and strengthen my nails to grow. Kia is so lovely and welcoming. I will definitely be back for infills. Thanks again! I’ve had so many compliments already!

Always fab! Have had issues with my nails breaking but kia spent time thinking about why this was happening and spent extra time trying to ensure it didn't happen anymore.

My first appointment at Riniel was great - Stephanie is very professional and friendly, it was a very relaxing session and I am very pleased with my gorgeous purple gel nails!

Just had a foot massage with Jane.. what a lovely friendly lady she is ..the massage and foot spa was so relaxing and she even painted my nails and on top of all that we had a lovely chat …what a lovely start to the day ..Thankyou Jane for your kindness chat and lovely pampering I really enjoyed it …I’m going to try them all !! next is going to be a body massage which I’m looking forward to and the prices are so reasonable..so happy I’ve come across this lady …very prompt on appointment time as well ….

Facial always very good but did noticed on weds 2 days after manicure colour didn't cover whole nails on left hand . I appreciate I have difficulty seeing and moving hand due to arthritic joints .

1st experience with Steph & I was very impressed with my beautiful colored dark red nail varnish ,,im very fussy with people doing nails but she was kind and patient with me , also had a facial , I felt it was better than Clarins treatments in John Lewis all in all I will be keeping Steph in my address book for future treatments infact my next is Jan 22nd .
