Tam was wonderful as ever. I've not seen her for 2 years due to moving 600 miles away, but was back in Maidstone so had to have a treatment or two from her. My facial and massage was fantastic, so relaxing and my face has never looked so fresh

Just great as always! I had a problem with my appointment timings and Nicola was patient and flexible rescheduling me without complaint and fitting me in probably at the expense of her own time. I have Been going to Amy for a while now for a deep cleansing facial and she is amazing and is always so welcoming. Good customer service. Appointment was late and offered a discount in compensation. We have just moved to Maidstone so I will definitely be back. Nice haircut and very pleasant staff.

Lovely lady - need to do nails!!!

My daughter had a special little pamper treatment of facial and nails. She was made to feel very special and the treatments were lovely. A spa that goes above and beyond and in a very lovely setting.

Emily was very professional and did an excellent manicure and set of gel nails.
