Really great consultation and treatment with Richard. Incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, he has put me firmly on the road to recovery after 3 months of no running or gym work. I couldn't recommend more highly.

This session was all I needed! I felt very energised and balanced after.It definitely helped my energy levels and I felt I was in a safe space being guided through this experience. Sometimes it is hard to put something in words so I recommend trying it if you would like to balance your energy and feel resorted after.

I absolutely love everything about The Knott salon. It’s comfortable, clean and has the most wonderful staff. I’ve been using Nikita for a little over a year now and I’ll never change my hairdresser. She listens, advises and is such a fantastic colourist. She’s an absolute angel 😇 plus the tea is very good too.
