Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Amazing Service usual. Sue is literally the best wax service in Coventry, no doubt about that. I had the new wax lady today, she was amazing as well. Great Service, friendly and comfortable overall

Tegan is brilliant and I'm so pleased with my gel toes. My only criticism is that the ladies are sitting on a hard floor. Would be better if they had a stool/chair when they carry out treatments.

Very positive and good probably the best hairdressers in Coventry.

I had a fab time with Jo. Not only did she do a much needed massage on my previously broken foot but I ended up with the prettiest toes in Coventry She is a star - good for the feet and the soul!

Always a pleasure to visit Jona she's a great nail technician but a lovely person too . Thank you for the best biab french manicure ever love it . Nails are so much healthier and stronger see you soon xx

I highly recommend Treat Hair and Beauty in Coventry and specifically Natasha for anyone looking to get a perm and haircut for their son. I went in with my son for a short back and side skin fade and was blown away by how great of a job Natasha did. The end result was even better than what I had expected and my son walked out feeling so confident. The salon itself has a great atmosphere, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, a fantastic expericence and we will definietly be returning in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing service and lovely people. I felt at ease and comfortable during my leg wax and my eyelash tinting. Shaf was super lovely and kind and made the whole experience the best. Best treatment I've had so far with great prices & great services related to Waxing, Facials, Tinting, Threading, Massage, Makeup, Lashes, Hollywood Wax, Manicure, and Pedicure. recommended 10/10

Julie did an absolutely amazing job on my nails. I arrived with broken, misshapen nails of different lengths, came out with lovely even shaped, shiny nails in a beautiful deep browny red colour.

What can I say apart from go get your nails done with Jona. Love my new nails gel with classic French tip Her salon is very clean she sterilses all of her equipment and the finished result is perfection. I look forward to seeing her again in a few weeks Thank you Jona x

An amazing lady, I highly recommended all services in a comfortable & relaxed atmosphere. I throughly have enjoyed my visits in the build up my wedding preparations. I’ve gone from no nails to glam builder gel nails, a head to toe pamper before the big day and after care services too. I can’t believe in just a few weeks strengthening I now have natural nail strength with gel & tried nail art too. Nothing is to much trouble for Jo she is full of helpful ideas, supportive to your requests & we have a laugh too, thank you for making my wedding journey a very memorable experience 👰‍♂️💅👌

Tried builder gel today for the first time “I like it” very pretty nail art with sparkles to cheer me up. Thanks Jo as always a great appointment and fab nails 😘

This is the best experience I’ve had in Coventry. I’ve been a few times now to Hair Lab for hairdressing and I’ve had mani/pedi in the past too. The staff are genuinely lovely people who move heaven and earth to fit you in where they can even if you’ve walked in off the street that day. The first time I came for a haircut last year I had had a botched job somewhere else and they fixed it for me, it looked great afterwards. I’ve since returned for restyles, and most recently a perm and layers. They taught me what products to use on my new curls, and cut the layers to suit my face beautifully.

Another fabulous appointment this time with colour changing nail polish. Love it. Pink then red amazing!

Laura was absolutely amazing and as always my gel toes look perfect! I cannot fault any treatments I receive from her. Her beauty therapy and customer service are excellent! The only criticism from me is when I’m paying to be pampered, I want the environment to feel lovely and special and to smell lush. If I’m honest, the salon is looking a little scruffy and in need of some TLC.
