Liz made sure I felt comfortable and pampered throughout the entire process. My nails look absolutely stunning, and the pedicure was so relaxing. Joelma is professional, and friendly. She does a great job and gives a great hand massage as part of the manicure. Hugo is the happiest person in the world! Professional and very eager to fit in an appointment even when it seems impossible. I had a problem with 3 chipped nails after a week. I did not complain because it was likely my fault. Hugo did not charge me. I was surprised to say the least, and very happy. Also,I ran out of time to complete my pedicure. Hugo agreed to my returning after the weekend for the nail polish. What amazing customer service! I have become a loyal customer.

I’ve been with the same stylist for 5 years, but she recently moved, so I’ve been searching for someone new. I was nervous to try someone else, but from the moment I called and spoke with Dede, I felt at ease. She knew exactly what I was looking for and made me feel comfortable right away. The salon was recently purchased by Dede and her family, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it turned out to be better than I could have imagined. I came in planning to just get lowlights, but I left with lowlights, a haircut, blow-dry, eyebrow threading, and a new friend! Book that appt! Thank me later!
