She has an AMAZING collection of different colours and her nail care was the best I had, she was very gentle with me. She is also open to any art design, she is very talented. Her environment was quiet and intimate which was really nice. Im so happy with the nails she did for me. 10/10 service.

The ambience of the salon was neat and lovely and the Joseph and the team were courteous as usual. This was my first time though of having Ana attend to me and she was professional and fast and I love how my nails turned out.

Good result & lovely nail technician,however my nails really burnt when asked to put them under the UV lights & I have to remove my hands several times, this has never happen before because the nail technician usually applies thin layers of the gel but this did not happen yesterday, instead it was applied in just one blob

I usually go to a local business and prefer to avoid chains. But I was under pressure to have my toenails looking presentable for tomorrow. I tried to get an appointment at the business a week ago. Yesterday I booked in with Charm. The attention to detail! A french polish on my toes (gel) my God, the technician was more of a perfectionist than I required. I will definitely be back for nail art. I had my toe nails and finger nails addressed. The attention to detail was exceptional.

What an amazing nail tech. Her attention to detail especially regarding her prep work is incredible. I am incredibly fussy when it comes to my nails and this was up there with the best of work I’ve seen. All Gelbottle products used too which is such superior quality and not always easy to find. Top notch service, can’t wait for next appointment already.
