I had a lash lift and gel toes done recently, and I’m so happy with how everything turned out! The lash lift gave my lashes the perfect natural lift – no need for mascara anymore – and my toes look absolutely flawless with the gel finish. The whole process was relaxing, and the results are amazing. I couldn’t be happier and can’t wait for my next treatment!

Amy did an amazing job, her artwork skill is so good. She always goes above and beyond to create perfect nails with whatever design I ask for. Underneath that are excellently sculpted nails that are perfectly shaped and last weeks. I am always happy with my nails and would always go back to Amy and recommend her. She’s also waxed my brows to a lovely shape I’m happy with and is so so gentle. Thank you for always making me at ease, it means a lot when I feel unwell and have anxiety. Having someone who I can be comfortable around is great.

Such a wonderfully warm and welcoming environment. Together with the skill and expertise from Jayne, you couldn’t wish for a more relaxing and professional experience. Having a nail technician who is a perfectionist means the end results are amazing! I am beyond happy with my holiday nails. I can’t wait to return!

Absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Jayne listened to my wishes and advised what was the best service to meet my needs. She was professional throughout the appointment. Lovely pamper session having my nails done with Saeng 💕 I felt welcomed and relaxed during my treatment and enjoyed a lovely rejuvenating Raspberry and blueberry tea. My nails looked amazing. 💕

Amazing treatment as always!! Sally is so professional and I know I can relax and get the best service, for example my nails have never been in such good condition because not only do I get them beautifully painted but Sally looks after the condition and advises me along the way. I have also had the most amazing massages, I don’t like chatter for these treatments and Sally is so obliging and she caters for every angle of my treatments. I cannot speak highly enough of this young lady.

Visit number 3 today. On my 1st visit my nails were thin,weak and would break easily. Today they are looking and feeling strong. Lovely ladies who welcome you and make you feel at ease.

I have been going to Truly Madly for 15 years, I even carried on attending when I moved further away. I really like the builder gel and shellac as my nails aren’t great. I would definitely recommend plus I also get my lash lift done here too x

From start to finish my experience at the Snug Room was wonderful! Jayne was warm, welcoming and made me feel relaxed and at ease straight away- with the added personalised touch of my favourite hot drink waiting for me on arrival. I had both my toes and nails done, throughout both treatments Jayne explained each step and gave me advice on how to strengthen and look after my nails. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product, I honestly have never left a salon feeling so pleased with the results…. I especially like the cuticle care given at the start! Can’t wait to return to the Snug Room!
