Had a wonderful first time visit to Loft Beauty and was treated my Holly to a luxury pedicure then Land of Maybe treatment. To say I floated out would be an understatement. From the welcome to the final touch of a lovely brew and slice of cake, it was a completely wonderful experience. Holly was very knowledgeable and listened to my likes and dislikes and tailor made the treatment to be exactly what I needed. I'm delighted with the ongoing benefits from the session and will be booking in again soon. hidden gem and friendly, warm space full of positive energy. 10 out of 10.

Lovely setting, nice team & relaxing massage. It was disappointing that because the person who I had booked with was ill, they automatically changed my appointment to another employee & changed the time by a few minutes (that bit was completely fine) but because of the change of therapist the price increased from £61.50 to £72!! I wouldn’t have been as upset, had they called to tell me but to just send an email an hour before the appointment (I hadn’t read this) and so felt uncomfortable and on the back foot when I was presented with the cost. I won’t return.

Thus was my first time going to the loft and can honestly say it won't be my last.... From arriving to leaving the service was so friendly and inviting. The treatments were amazing, I had gel nails and a massage and didn't want it to end, both treatments were carried out by Bethany R...... Thanks again Bethany and I'll be back. Re booked for my nails in January with Helen as Bethany is off but all ladies are multi talented and lovely. Merry Christmas ladies xx

A wonderful experience! I booked the Call of Fall offer for my boyfriend’s birthday and we both had a lovely time. Helen was fantastic, very accommodating and gave us both a great massage and also did my gel nails. We have come away relaxed and happy with the experience - would definitely recommend!

We were made to feel very welcome and felt relaxed as soon as we walked through the door. Holly did some great treatments and she did a great job on my toe and finger nails.
