I had a keratin treatment and the results were amazing. My hair feels smooth, soft, and beautifully straight with a healthy shine. The salon is clean, modern, and even has a café offering drinks. The staff were friendly and professional throughout. Anu made me feel welcome, explained the treatment clearly, and ensured I was comfortable. My experience was excellent from start to finish, and I look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended

Definitely recommend! Super friendly staff, professional biab removal and gel application. I was fed up of getting nipped by tools in my previous nail salon and can’t fault the nail tech Natalie who did my nails so perfectly and professionally - will definitely be going back.

Aleksandra is the truly the best nail artist in the business. She’s been my ride or die since moving to London almost 3 years ago. She is a perfectionist (classic Virgo) and takes such care with each and every step in her process to ensure you always leave the salon happy. She is meticulous and insanely hygienic (we all have high street nail salon trauma) which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. I could not recommend Aleksandra more highly ❣️ I promise you will not regret your NaiLay nails!

Sofia was gentle and friendly and very helpful and patient with selecting polish colours. I had a lovely experience.

Loved my time with Xen, she’s a really friendly and professional technician, her attention to detail was excellent. It’s the best manicure I’ve ever had which I wasn’t expecting with booking extensions. And the gel extensions are great, I’m very happy with them. Highly recommended.

Good prices for students and good value for London xxx❤️ been 3 times as a student already

Absolutely love this nail salon – hands down the best I’ve found in London! l The attention to detail is amazing, and I constantly get compliments, .The staff are friendly, professional, and really know what they’re doing. Make sure you book in advance though – they’re in high demand (for good reason!). Highly recommend! 💅

I booked in online a few days before for a gel manicure and it was an easy experience. I got there on time and they were ready for me shortly afterwards. The lady did a great job and was friendly and chatty. I was in and out in 45mins and really happy with the result! As I booked online I was able to pay the remainder by card which saved me getting cash out. I hope to have another great experience next time I visit!

I don’t know where to start. I’ve been doing my nails with Giulia since ages now and every time she goes far and beyond. She is a perfectionist, very high detailed and professional. She is always up to any request! My nails look healthy, clean and super fancy. She offers a 5star-luxury manicure (I tried many places in London before, so I know what I’m talking about), I can’t be more happy! 🤩

Carmen is such an artist and the nail art is superb. Apart from that also one of the best manicures I’ve ever had!

Both Vida and Olga have done my nails and they have been perfect every time! ❤️ They never rush and put lots of care into getting my cuticles and shape just right. Both are super anttentive and happy to suggest the most flattering colours (they are always right)! It’s a lovely atmosphere in the salon too- I always feel welcome and I’m excited to try more treatments. Good BIAB and hard gel manicures are hard to find, so I’m very happy I found this salon as my regular spot!

Blind booked this for a last-minute pre-Christmas appointment and I’m so glad I did. Perfect location with easy parking at Westfield, and the service was amazing from start to finish. I had a look in mind and they matched the shade perfectly to my inspo pic 🤍 My nails turned out gorgeous and the spa pedicure was so relaxing - exactly what I needed. As someone new to London, trying a new salon can feel a bit nerve-wracking, but everyone here was so friendly and welcoming and instantly put me at ease. Will definitely be back 🫶🏼

Great experience. I am new in the city and was worried I won't be able to find the same experience and treatment. I really like the way they do the gel removal here. It was gentle yet effective, which is really important to me as I want to maintain my natural nail strength as much as possible. I might just become a regular here!
