I’ve been getting my nails done by Rosie for a couple of months now and she is a brilliant tech and human! My nails have never lasted this well before getting them done by Rosie (and I have a very hands on job so they get abused daily.) She’s also so creative and always creates the prettiest unique designs inspired by my Pinterest bored which is brilliant when I’m undecided on what to get. Highly recommend the salon as a whole as the girls create a lovely welcoming atmosphere 😊

Both me and my Mom go to Amelia. She's always accommodating and has done every design we've asked for. Our nails last the longest they ever had and the growth I'm getting on my natural nails with builder gel is amazing. Always feel comfortable with Amelia and will keep coming back!

Claudia is the loveliest person, really welcoming. This is my third visit but I feel like I have been a client for years ! I have biab and gel polish,sometimes with a design and my nails last a full 3 weeks with no chipping, peeling or dulling. Claudia really takes pride in her work and I fully trust her to do what she likes.

Wow… Lucy was not only friendly and welcoming but the attention to detail she provides is exceptional. I’m a new client who will be returning. My nails look fabulous having opted for an ombré finish using builder gel and following a discussion we also changed my nail style slightly based on some much welcomed input and guidance as to how I’d achieve my desired look. Highly recommend!

Amazing as always! I have been going to Amelia for my nails for almost 6 months now. I love the care she takes with my nails. I’ve never been able to grow my natural nails with gel without them chipping. But they last all of 3-4 weeks. My nails are always in good hands with her. I’ve now being going to her for my lashes, brows and toes! It’s great having one person for all my beauty needs 🤍

Workers are very sweet and kind, it’s always a warm welcoming when you enter the salon, always greeted with a smile. The workers are always laughing and up for a conversation and they make sure you’re happy with what you wanted and receive quality care. Definitely recommend the mix up if you’re finding a new place for any type of service, it’s never a quiet salon there’s always a bubbly energy from the workers. I was very happy with the results of my nails I got by “Mollbo nails” upstairs and verry pleased with my hair I got done by steph x

Visiting Claudia at The Gloss Lab was such a pleasant experience – the atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived I booked BIAB gel with detailed nail art and wasn’t quite sure what I wanted, but Claudia took her time talking me through different design and color options, making me feel completely at ease. Nothing felt rushed or too much trouble The pricing was very fair given the high quality of service I can't stop looking at my nails, I absolutely love them 🥰. I will definitely be returning!
