Alysia was great. She expertly cut and filed my nails. Sounds picky, but I like it when it feels like my tech knows what they are doing with confidence. I got cat eye polish and she took her time and care to ensure the magnet did the full effect to get the classic results. I didn't feel hurried out, like some nail salons and techs make you feel on a Friday night. That being said, I was in and out within the 1.5 hour appointment timeline!

I have been to many, many nail salons (very picky) so a friend recommended Anne at GLOSSIX and she is AMAZING!! I got bio gel, manicure and pink chrome nails, I can not tell you enough how fabulous they look. If you want to experience professional, friendly and GREAT service, go to GLOSSIX, you won't regret it.

This was my first time getting bio gel nails—I usually do my own manicures and polish, but I decided to give it a try! I live about a block away, so chose this salon mostly out of convenience and was pleasantly surprised. Great service at a competitive price. Absolutely worth the money!

I came to Tala Beauty Bar for laser hair removal on my back and shoulders. They use the Venus Velocity diode laser, and the results have been impressive even early on. It’s rare to find this level of technology and quality at such fair pricing in downtown Toronto. Mina was excellent and very patient, and she made sure everything was done properly. I felt comfortable throughout the entire session. I’ll be continuing the rest of my treatments here. Highly recommend.

Emily is definitely one of the most talented and qualified nail techs in Toronto. I'm so impressed with the quality, shape, and design of my nails. My mother and I went for bio gel fills and shellac manicures with Flower and Ellie and like usual they did not disappoint. The attention to detail they provide is amazing. You do not feel rushed they make sure every nail is even and shaped perfectly. I always leave feeling the same, this is my favourite set. Im thrilled that finally both my mother and I leave so happy and not disappointed in paying good money for rushed flawed nails. Nook your appointment here, I promise you will not be disappointed

Christy is the best nail tech in Toronto hands down. She’s kind, extremely talented, and lovely in so many ways. She has so much attention to detail and is very organized. If you’re looking for art pieces on your nails this is your girl.

I've been going to Fabiola Gallo to have my eyelashes and eyebrows done on a regular basis. I wouldn't exchange for any other professional here in Toronto because she has high quality products, her lashes lasts longer than most places I've been before, her studio is super confortable and on the top of that, she is an extremely pleasant person ! Bri’s care and attention to detail is amazing! I had some damage on my nails from a previous gel manicure that I removed. She built gel tips for me that honestly feel like my natural nails. They’re so thin and natural feeling, I love it! I can’t wait for my next set!

I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

The BEST manicure and bio gel refill I’ve had to date! My nails haven’t looked this good in a very long time. They look super natural and clean. I had every intention of getting a French manicure design but because Geeta did such an amazing job and they look so good without it, I asked her to forget the French and keep it with the sheer natural pink colour polish because that’s how good it is! So well done. The amount of care and detail she put into my nails is incredible and truly appreciated. I’m a very picky person and I’m to say I’m thoroughly impressed is a a lot. I’ll definitely be back!

It was my first time trying magnetic colour and it turned out so pretty! I love it. Removal of my previous gel polish went smooth. I had one nail that was shorter than the rest so I got an extension to make my nails look even. It was a good recommendation. It was also my first time trying an extension. Overall, the service was excellent. The staff are all really sweet!! I love how long lasting gel nails are. I’m now a fan.

Very accommodating with schedule as I had booked into the wrong location! Received luxury pedicure service and made good use of the massage chair. Would definitely return when staying in Old Toronto area.

Very clean and nice studio. They really were so sweet and let me park my bike inside (forgot the lock at home) they offered me spring water and then woman Jasmine who did my nails, was truly an expert with a precise hand for detail. I felt like a princess and truly felt like a million bucks leaving the salon. The owner Tala is so kind, she talked to me while I had my manicure. Great experience, would definitely come back in the near future!
