The staff was super kind, and I was even offered a hot drink, which was a lovely touch. Kelly’s skill and friendly vibe made the whole experience so enjoyable. Great experience with Ivy! I had my nails done elsewhere and there were some issues and Ivy was able to fix them and has gained a client! She made the right recommendation and avoided having to remove and redo the bio gel nails by fixing everything and just doing a refill. She was more concerned with me being happy than making additional money on a removal and full set (which I thought would have to happen.) I was happy with the care she took to make sure everything was perfect!

I was very pleased with my mani/pedi - the only glitch was that I scraped my nail getting my card out of my wallet! Fortunately they were able to fix it quickly. My daughter had gel nails done - they look beautiful but a little uneven. We had a good but not great experience but the price was excellent and everyone was very kind and professional.

Ivy did a regular pedi and bio-fill mani today. She shaped the nails exactly as I wanted (almond) and was quick and precise.

Great atmosphere! Talented nail techs. Clean space and I appreciated the sterilized tools and single use items brought out for every client. Kelly was very welcoming and took her time making sure my nails were shaped to perfection. Beautiful results! I have found my go-to nail salon in this city.

Had a great afternoon at Sugar Nail Bar with a pedicure and a manicure. Tessa, who provided the services was amazing. When I said that I was sad that there weren't cool designs for short nails very kindly introduced me to the cats eye manicure and I LOVE it! I left pampered and obsessed with my new nail treatment. A great experience once more!
