I've been going to Tinnie for a while now, and I can't recommend her enough! Her work is always great—whether it's a simple look or something fun and detailed, my nails always look perfect. Not only is her work amazing, but she is also super friendly and makes every visit enjoyable. I love how flexible she is with scheduling and how she's always up for trying new designs. My nails always get complimented, and I always leave happy with pretty nails. If you want someone who is talented and takes pride with their work, Tinnie is the best!

My nails look great, but as my first BIAB experience it would have been nice to get a bit of an explanation over the process. Having said that she was very attentive and did explain what to do if my nails got 'hot' and they did! I'm hoping my nails get stronger and longer with these on, looking forward to my next experience!

Natsumi did a great job fixing an awful previous nail application from another salon. I’m especially impressed with how gently and carefully she works during the filing process, and in general. I left with a beautiful set of BIAB nails by Natsumi and will definitely be using Vivi salon as my regular nail bar/salon going forward!

Tinnie has outdone herself again! Went in with my daughter for our holiday nails and they are incredible. Two very different designs and both were perfect. Tinnie really took her time to listen to exactly what we wanted and created amazing art. 🥰

Have been seeing Tinnie for years and thats why I dont like using anyone else for my nails. Apart from always doing perfect and meticulous work on my manicure whether it be BIAB, extensions or shellac the shape, colour and finish is always wonderful. I easily can get 3 to 4 weeks of wear with maybe one chip. Always a great price, we have a lovely friendship so always absolutely thrilling to catch up!
