✨ I had my very first BIAB manicure session today and I couldn’t be happier! I’m a terrible nail biter, so I was really nervous going in, but she made me feel so comfortable and welcome. She was so friendly, gentle, and professional—and the results are amazing! My nails look beautiful and healthy. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job! Felicity is very patient, super creative and really cares about her client’s nail health. My first interaction room with her has been amazing. I’ve gone to Steph twice now and have had my nails done by other multiple BIAB exclusive businesses however Steph absolutely takes the cake. She is clean, kind, funny, respectful and her attention to detail is out of this world. Steph’s space is calming and inviting and I love looking out the window while she pampers me. Cannot recommend enough.

Stephanie did an amazing job with my nails, which were quite short, uneven and had some damage from previous gel removal. She is very skilled with cuticle removal and takes care to only remove dead skin - no inflamed nail fold, redness or cut skin. She perfectly shaped my natural nails with biab making sure they weren’t too thick and were evenly shaped to suit the shorter length. Will definitely be back!
