I had booked in for a blow dry and an Eleven Australia hair treatment with Anna, a new apprentice working with Becky. The salon itself is beautiful and so welcoming. Anna is a recent school leaver but she showed such promise. She was polite and very attentive. She did a wonderful job of styling my hair (which can have a mind of its own) What was really nice, was to see Becky teaching Anna throughout the morning - sharing helpful tips and tricks with her. Anna, you were wonderful and I’m sure under Becky’s guidance - the sky is the limit.

1st time here today, really like Becky she seems very nice. She did a brilliant job with my hair that had not been touched for over a year so was very long and thick and she just worked her magic and made my hair look full of life and fresh again. Thank you so much, will be back soon and will recommend. Lovely clean salon too.

Emma is an absolute delight of a human being, myself and two friends have all been for different things now and every time she listens to what we want, does it, all the while being extremely empathetic, kind with her time, as well as being very bloody good. Can't recommend her enough.
