The new salon is very calm & relaxing. The recliner seat in the washing station is the best I have ever sat in!!! Great friendly and relaxed atmosphere, great cut and blow dry….intend to book for nails & or lashes …maybe both soon!!! What else can I say except book an appointment…it is easy on fresha!!!

My time at the hairdresser is always the best you could ask for. Amazing,kind ,talented, skilful,up to date with hair styles, cuts ,blow drys, hair treatments and fabulous colourist and more. The chairs /loungers ,head massage when getting hair washed etc are so so comfortable...I could sleep...(Well maybe not incase Isnore) but certainly ultra relaxing. Nothing is to much trouble from the minute you step through the door at their fabulous new Salonon on Tam's Brig. . Happy New salon EVERYONE. Thank you for everything. Gill.

I am delighted with my colour, cut and blowdry. Sam is an asset.to your salon. Only complaint is the coldness today. I dont usually feel cold but my feet and body were like ice. Doesnt help that we have frost outside but your heating had no effect on size of building today.

My first visit! Chantelle was lovely. Listened & gave me a brand new style. I feel like a new woman 🤗 … and me again! It’s been 20 years since I’ve not come out of a hairdresser & thought ‘it’ll look better when I’ve washed it!’ Not in this case! It will now be my weekly treat to have a wash & blow dry! Lovely head massage by Holly too. Lovely experience. Thank you 💐.

Lovely wee salon. Friendly staff and always a great experience. Krissy is great at advising me on the best treatment/cut for my hair type on the day. Calum, the owner, always makes time to say “hello, how are you?” no matter how busy he is. Always leave feeling happy. Went to the Kilmarnock salon and followed them to Ayr 16+years ago.

Great. I felt welcome from the minute I went in the door. I struggle with scalp psoriasis . Bracken made me feel great about it and no judgement. My hair was broken, dry and bald in places due to the condition of my scalp. I left and my hair was soft, shiny and bright. Can’t recommend enough. Thanks xx

Had a fantastic experience with lovely Chloe who did my daughter and my hair up styles. We were visiting Ayr for a wedding on the Sunday 1st Oct. So glad Phoenix was recommended to us. Would definitely book again when I’m next up in Ayr. Also want to mention Charlie who did our makeup. We were both thrilled with how she did our makeup for the wedding. Great as always chloe knows exactly what my hair needs and it looks amazing.

Love my lashes from Abi today, tried out the neon lashes and absolutely love the way they glow.

Nicole was amazing. Really listened and understood my hair type. She did a great job. Will definitely be back.
