She listens to what you are asking for and then communicates to you afterwards areas to target for next time, what loosened up/areas of tightness, and then the best plan moving forward that works with you and the goals that you want for your body. She genuinely cares for you and your overall well-being which is so refreshing and appreciated. Her sanitation and procedures and protocols for Covid are impeccable as well!

She was wonderful! She worked on my specific muscle issues & then gave me feedback after the massage on areas that were tight/needed to be worked out. She also gave me stretches to do to alleviate pain/tightness & put cbd lotion on my inflamed traps. I’ll definitely schedule with her again soon!

Hayley gives the best deep tissue massage! I’ve been a runner for years and had back/ glute / hamstring issues. Her massage therapy keeps me pain free and active with my running. She is also extremely knowledgeable and often provides helpful stretching exercises to do at home for improved self care.
