We discussed my main concerns in detail, and I never once felt pressured into anything I wasn’t comfortable with. Ellie is very welcoming and the set up is modern, clean and inviting with such a varied offer of treatments. I enjoyed the infrared sauna this time, which I found very beneficial for aching muscles and stress. Would totally recommend.

Really look forward to my infrared/red light saunas, and even the cold shower after which I take at my own pace. I recently also had a very relaxing head massage after one of them, which set me up perfectly for a great night sleep. On these dark cold nights, this is the best place to be.

My first experience of a full infrared and red light sauna was better than expected, in that I can be a little restless in normal saunas, but this was an easy, calm and relaxing 30 minutes - even being able to manage slightly longer under the cold water shower was a surprise to me. Felt really good after. Excellent experience of something I had only heard of until recently. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pure Calma is a deeply restful sanctuary in this busy world. I felt able to deeply relax in my treatment there. My body is gently detoxing in safe hands.
