Hope saved my neck and shoulder!! I only had time for a 30 min session today and she did everything she could for me during that time. Before coming in, (and getting a massage elsewhere), I could barely turn my head and had terrible pain when I tried to do so. She consistently checked in on how I was doing, gave recommendations for things for me to do at home, and educated me on the purpose of cupping therapy. I can't thank her enough for her help!! Lifesaver.

This was my first time at MasonWells and I can't wait to go back! I booked the Solo Escape and had the hydrotherapy lounge to myself for a full half hour (when they say cold pool they mean COLD!), it was perfect. Then we did mani/pedi and Maggie was fantastic! Great conversation and quality nail work. She also did my facial at the end of my visit and it was superb! I fell asleep it was so relaxing and my skin feels amazing. Lori did my massage and I'm convinced she's magical. I definitely felt it while she was working all the knots out of my upper back, but now I feel superhuman. 10/10

Phenomenal experience overall! Love the hydrotherapy lounge! The hostesses were very kind and welcoming! The couples massage was an amazing and relaxing experience for my husband and I ! We left feeling so relaxed ! Very clean and inviting space too!

I love Mason Wells!! I have the hydrotherapy lounge membership. They have two amazing saunas, a hot tub and a cold plunge. This has been instrumental in my healing journey recovering from some health issues. Veronica always makes sure the saunas are ready and is so kind to me. Really grateful for the level of professionalism and high-quality services Mason wells provides. I highly recommend this spa!!

The Hot/Cold Therapy Massage with Missy is incredible! Missy was in tune with what I was needing relief from and also could relieve tension in my upper body to hinder any cause for future pain. Can't wait to have another therapeutic massage!

Was a great day at the spa with my daughter, such a relaxing atmosphere. We enjoy starting with the hydrotherapy. Everyone is friendly and provides a great experience. This is the second time that we have been to Mason Wells together, we try to take advantage of the services you provide every time I come out to visit. We have tried different services both times and have been happy with everything that has been provided. We enjoy our time here and look forward to our next visit.

The hydrotherapy lounge was wonderfully relaxing and it included a mimosa. The experience was amazing and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly! Everyone should try it!

After multiple operations, I lost mobility in my right shoulder. Despite visits to various physical therapists, none were successful. They never delved into identifying the root cause and had me do unsupervised exercises. However, after a one-hour session with Tracy today, I regained more mobility than in the past three years. Astonishingly, I demonstrated the improvement to my wife, leaving her in shock. If you’re aiming to recover your mobility, Tracy is the one to ask for!

Best thing I have ever done with the regard to my shoulder replacement. Hope Peterson was incredible with her explanation and execution of Myofascial Release Therapy on my shoulder. Definitely should be a part of the recovery therapy for shoulder replacements. Will definitely go for another session or two or more.

My spa day was AMAZING. Beginning in the hydrotherapy room, I relaxed in the sauna. Nice and quiet with music in the background, A cocktail, cucumber, infused water, And the option of a whirlpool soak and ice cold swim (Which I wasn’t brave enough to do!) Jasmine Did an excellent job with a manicure and pedicure. I was happy to learn that she’s taking new clients, because for sure I’ll go back and see her. Shamus did an hour long deep tissue massage. What a treat! I left there so relaxed. Maggie worked magic on my face with an amazing facial. I’ll be scheduling a facial once a month with her

This was my first visit and I had a great experience! I have had massage therapy over the years. I am pleased to have found this place for therapeutic massage. I highly recommend this place to others.

Absolutely amazing experience. Would definitely go back for services. One thing I would suggest is some type of bag for wet clothes after hydrotherapy or a swimsuit dryer.

Atmosphere was wonderful! Missy did such a wonderful job and the pressure was perfect.

The hydrotherapy lounge before treatments is amazing. Sauna and cold dip are always ready, clean, and give me the most relaxing and beneficial 30 minutes of the day.

It was a very relaxing day and I enjoyed it very much. My only negative comment is that I was disappointed that the hot tub was not working, so the hydro-therapy was not what it should be. Everything else was great.
