Niva (Tracey) class was amazing yesterday! To see how you work and also learn new tips was a great opportunity. Thank you for making everyone feel so safe in one space. My interaction with Niva was highly professional from our very first conversation. We had a detailed discussion, and once it concluded, I was clearly informed about what was required of me for my appointment, which made the process much smoother. On the day of the appointment, that same level of professionalism was evident. Everything ran on time, and she demonstrated strong knowledge and skill in her craft. I would definitely book again.
