Sam and Sim were absolutely wonderful! They did my manicure, foot spa, and foot massage with great skill and care. What I really appreciated was how attentive they were constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable and not in any pain during the massage and nail care. Sangat berpuas hati. Sebelum ini saya pernah buat skin tag removal di spa lain. Harga yang mereka tawarkan untuk Mereka buang skin tag tu ikot berapa pcs yg ada di muka. Tapi di uniflora dia buang semua yg ada dan frackless yang ada. Sangat teliti dan penerangan yang diberi sangat baik dari segi penjagaan di rumah dalam proses tempoh downtime. Harga yang ditawarkan berpatutan

I enjoyed the scrub and massage. Very nice. I am willing to come again. Areas of improvement; to have usher at spa entrance, welcoming drinks and hot water at foot washing station. Better if there is a dedicated person for foot wash so clients are more pampered. And enough masseuse/therapist so clients don't have to wait.

A special thank you to my masseuse, Endang, who was excellent. She is highly skilled, efficient with her hands, and knew exactly how to relieve the tension in my muscles. Her massage was both relaxing and effective, and I left feeling completely refreshed. I highly recommend Lawa Lawa Spa, especially Endang. I will definitely be coming back!

This was my 4th visit to the spa, and I cannot recommend Brother Hafiq enough. His massage technique is incredibly consistent every single time. He always goes the extra mile to help soothe my body aches and provides excellent advice. He is a very caring and meticulous masseur. Kudos to him!

Had a wonderful experience at LAWA LAWA SPA! The environment was clean, relaxing, and very comfortable from the moment I walked in. My therapist, Jana, was amazing — she has great hands and really knows how to release all the tension in my body. Her massage technique was professional, firm, and soothing at the same time. My massage experience with lawa lawa spa was amazing! Massause Endang was the best choice ever. She carefully advise me on so many self care tips. Her technics was on point and she was very careful with my massage. To my surprise I felt very much relieved from my pain which I have kept for many years. It was a group appointment. All 3 services were great! We got services from Verra, Zoya and Haiqal. I personally got the foot reflexology + back and shoulder massage from Haiqal. Eventhough he’s young, he was professional, attentive, and clearly skilled at what he does. He made sure I was comfortable throughout, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.

The massage itsself was very good. What could have been better was if there some one from the spa to do an introduction about massage rules in malaysia would have been good (like instruction to change shoes, wash and then meet massage-professional at this location). Since coming from massage experience in thailand, in malaysia it's definitely very different, and i had no idea what to do.

It's a blessing to hv come across this Spa. Staffs are all friendly and the hospitality is awesome. Had a massage and full chiro service done by staff Fitrah. My body felt extremely refliefed after that. Gonna be my spa to be whenever im in JB. Also credits to staff Ayu who served my wife wif an awesome full body massage. Thank you Lawa Lawa Spa.
