I had the most amazing experience at Called by Grace in Bryanston (Sandton). The Japanese head spa treatment was absolutely heavenly. Deeply relaxing, therapeutic, and incredibly professional from start to finish. The space is calm and welcoming, the therapist was gentle yet thorough, and every step of the treatment felt intentional and luxurious. I left feeling refreshed, stress-free, and honestly lighter My scalp and head have never felt this good. Charmaine treated me like an absolute princess, even though my feet screamed troll! My nails are perfect ans exactly the length I asked for and nail art on point Something as small as I dont like feeling my nail art was taken to heart and although the dotting tool was used, I cannot feel them at all. The colour suggestions and the easy conversation from her set this appointment apart from other salons BOA fourways has my heart!

Beautiful space. Great communication and responsiveness from Tracy at reception throughout the booking process… she also welcomed me with great warmth. Maite is such a pro… this was by far the most effective massage I have had in a while. The facial was superbly done as well and she’s a good conversationalist with loads of empathy. Keep it up! I subtracted a star for the noise coming from other therapists outside the treatment room.

Portia is amazing. I throughly enjoyed my treatment, I got a pedicure with a French gel overlay and my feet are looking super cute and are feeling soft. I appreciate her gentle touch and how knowledgeable and amazing she is at her work. It’s refreshing to find a service provider who’s passionate about what she does and Portia is a breath of fresh air. The complimentary tea and cookies were the sugar on top. Really good service. Top tier service as always. I did the Dermablading with a light peel with Kgomotso. Kgomotso is very gentle on the skin and as she applied the products to the face, she let me know in time how the product will feel on the skin. Very present and attention to detail. I also had an aromatherapy massage with Khumo. Khumo communicated well with me throughout the massage. She also listens when you let her know on which parts to focus on during the massage. She also provided a little feedback after. I enjoyed my visit!!!
