I’ve been getting monthly massages for the past few years and this was definitely in the top three massages I’ve ever gotten. The holistic massage was the perfect amount of pressure and they covered the entire body. I loved the inclusion of hot stones and scents. The space itself was the most unique spa I’ve ever been to. It’s in this beautiful cave-like room that gives the service a very grounded and magical energy. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great and memorable service!!

The Fire Ritual at Quinto Elemento Spa was absolutely unforgettable. The entire 2.5-hour experience was deeply relaxing and soul-nourishing. Oh my god, SO good. Ivania was so lovely. I went for the Ritual Tierra Individual while on my first trip to Tulum and I will be telling everyone at home about this. I am also a massage therapist and take great joy in experiencing other spas during my travels. I wish I could work at this one! Thank you for such a lovely experience.

Loved my massage and facial! Bersabee did an amazing job. Perfect amount of pressure and she has such a calm, tranquil presence. I was so relaxed I fell asleep! They offered tea afterwards, which was lovely. The spa is beautiful, too and everyone was really kind.

This is a great spa, comfortable and clean. I was thrilled to discover it because it’s only a kilometer from my condo. Ricardo gave me my 90-minute massage and he did a great job, especially working on my problem areas: neck, shoulders and back. The price for the service is very good. I appreciated the tea afterwards and the little tart. It was nice to just relax for a minute before leaving . I’m looking forward to going back. I’m also going to check out their gel nails and pedicures. I haven’t been able to find anybody in Tulum yet, so once I try that service, I’ll update this review.

Daffne was so caring, patient and perfectionist to detail. I am very picky when it comes to my nails but felt very safe in Daffne hands. My nails were not in good condition when I arrived and the transformation was amazing. Truly the best nails I have had in a LONG time!!! I am so happy with them and highly recommend her. Thank you so much- despite the translation difficulties she worked with me & knew exactly what I wanted and I will definitely be back. xoxoxox

I come here often and every time my manicure and pedicure technicians are exceptional paying close attention to detail of shaping, cutting cuticles and massage leaving my nails looking their best. The salon is clean and friendly environment.

Every aspect of this experience was above and beyond. No wait at all with the appointment, greeted kindly and given a large selection to choose a welcome drink. Manicure and pedicure were both meticulously performed, very thorough, gentle, and perfect application of polish. I do regular polish and did not feel pressured to upgrade to gel-always nice! My technician was Génesis and I had some small wounds that she worked around and checked constantly to make sure she wasn't causing me pain. Scrub and lotion/mini massage included with the basic mani and pedi. Very reasonable price for the area.
