A fantastic first experience, Iwona is an experienced holistic practitioner, very professional and really understands her clients needs and indeed her craft! Her massage was second to none and achieved what it set out to do which was to relax and unwind...quite literally! I also had a reflexology session which was equally as good. The environment is welcoming and warm, Iwona caters for every need and offers help and support where needed. I ve already booked sessions going forward!

Absolutely amazing experience today - Indian Head Massage followed by reflexology. Extremely well looked after from the minute I arrived to the minute I left feeling more relaxed than I have in months. I would definitely recommend Harmony Head Spa and Wellness to everyone.

Had a wonderful massage with Tess today. I had been struggling to walk/bend for a few days and waiting for surgery. I got instant relief and didn't struggle to sit or walk back to the car. Tess was friendly and professional and asked how I liked my massages. The massage was amazing. The hot stones and the heated bed was the icing on the cake. Will be booking in again. Highly recommend.

This was my first visit to Skinfit Studio for a full body massage. I felt relaxed from the moment I stepped inside. Jessica was waiting to greet me, and her calm, welcoming manner instantly put me at ease. The studio itself was lovely and warm, exactly what I needed on a wet, cold day. The treatment room had a soothing aroma and soft, relaxing lighting that created the perfect ambience. Jessica was incredibly attentive, explaining the full treatment beforehand and answering any questions I had. I had such a relaxing pedicure, and Tess made the entire experience wonderful from start to finish. She was warm, professional, and paid great attention to detail. The massage was incredibly soothing, and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My feet feel refreshed, soft, and completely rejuvenated. It was the perfect way to unwind and treat myself. I’ll definitely be booking with Tess again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a truly relaxing pedicure experience!

Well what an awesome evening we had with @skinbodybeautywithtess and host Rose, for a very enjoyable and relaxing Sound Bath & Meditation Experience that included a herbal tea settling in period followed by a hand Massage. Just what we all needed. The soothing aromas filled the rooms as soon as we stepped in. We chatted a while on a serene setting with cushions and blankets where we had the hand massages ( option available for Indian Head Massage). Followed by our Sound Bath experience. Jess was instantly welcoming and warm from the second she saw me walking down the street to her studio. She spoke to softly and I felt incredibly relaxed from even before the massage. I had an Indian head massage with extra arm and hand massage. She worked so well with my tense shoulders, the head and hand/arm massages were phenomenal. She was also incredibly helpful afterwards with info about what treatments help with what etc. I cannot wait to have another treatment done here with Jess, highly recommend!

I came in with heavy legs and needed a massage to de stress me. As ever Tess was amazing and managed to take out the knots in my legs. I also had a relaxing pedicure. I highly recommend Tess for giving massage therapy she has magic fingers!
