I had an hour of reflexology and it was so unbelievably relaxing, my feet and body feel different!

I visited Carmen to have a lymphatic drainage massage and it was amazing! She was warming, friendly and professional, whilst continuing to make sure I was comfortable and feeling okay throughout the session. Carmen also gave me great advice as to how I could help my body manage certain pain and issues. Would 100% visit her again and recommend.

Amazing experience! Carmen was recommended by my wife to me as I was experiencing pain from my trapezius muscles. When I left I could immediately feel the results.
