Natalie is great. She’s such a bubbly and lovely character. You could be having the worst day and you’ll feel much much better the minute you see her. The owner & the team managed to create a wonderful plan to help me prep for my wedding & I feel 200 times better now that I’ve completed our plan. From Hbot to Red light to Yolandi’s magical lymphatic drainage massages, they’ve made sure I was ready for my wedding abroad! Good job team!!

After a terrible 2025nI booked today off. I looked for a last minute appointment, inky yesterday and was lucky enough to get one today. I am always a little apprehensive (no idea why) Jody was great from the moment we meet. I felt instantly at ease. The massage and facial were wonderful. Far exceeded my expectations. I had a deep tissue massage with Chris and it was honestly so good. It felt amazing and really helped ease the tension in my legs, shoulders and upper back. I felt so much more relaxed afterwards. Chris is a really nice guy and super easy to chat to, which made the whole thing feel comfortable and chilled. Would definitely recommend if you’re after a great massage.

I recently visited Eva at the salon in Poole town centre for a two hour Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. I can honestly say that this was the best, most relaxing treatment that I have ever experienced. If you are looking for the ultimate in relaxation then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eva and would suggest that the two hour option is worth every penny.

Amazing massage! Always worried about trying somewhere new as massages are often too soft but this was amazing! Pressure was great! 100% recommend and going back for lots more treatments

Sarah is so lovely, warm and friendly, she immediately put me at ease when I first met her and instantly felt in safe hands. I suffer from pretty persistent back pain and recently returned from an intense 2 week holiday and was feeling very uncomfortable and in pain which was impacting my wellbeing. After my first massage from Sarah I instantly got off the massage table and noticed the pain in my lower back had gone. Julie is very professional and creates a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. I have tried full body massage, back, neck & shoulder Reiki massage and foot massage. All absolutely wonderful. Julie has recommended Aroma Touch technique with essential oils which I am going to book next time. 5 starts every time!
