Emily offers a highly professional, calm and serene experience. She is an excellent ambassador for her own business, deeply caring, very thoughtful and attentive. The treatment room is gorgeous, I did not want to leave! I had a hot stone massage and literally floated out of the room. Highly recommend her services, and will return for more when I can. First time my husband went for Podiatry appointment at The Fane Clinic. Easy to find and park. Friendly warm welcome at reception, and accessible for wheelchair. We had an appointment with Stephanie who was really lovely, put us both at total ease, and was very professional, treatment was thorough and carried out with care, excellent podiatry and foot care appointment. Clinic room was spotless, with supportive comfy treatment chair. We left feeling happy with a good all round reasonable service and experience Definitely rebooked for further appointments Thankyou

Great first experience of foot care for my 10yr old. Stephanie spoke to him clearly and age appropriately, and addressed him first before me as his parent. My son really appreciated this. He came away happy with his treatment and treatment plan.
