Fantastic massage while visiting the area, Nicola was calming and friendly. She considered my needs and used a variety of techniques and pressure where needed. I felt at ease and so relaxed during and after. Would definitely recommend, and will be returning when I next visit!

I had a lymphatic drainage massage for 1hr 30 and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Nicola was so kind, warm and welcoming and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I’ve since felt so much lighter in myself. I can’t thank you enough. I’ll definitely be back🩷

Excellent. This is my third massage with Matthew and it has made such a difference. I have been suffer from tension causing neck and shoulder pain. He provides a really bespoke massage focusing on my areas of concern. Absolutely brilliant and I will be booking regularly.

Just back from another amazing treatment with Rachel. This time I opted for an hour and a half and it was so worth it. Started with reflexology and then onto a full body massage. I've never been so calm, quiet and relaxed. Having ADHD I always struggle to relax, and my brain is never quiet, very rarely my mouth too. But starting with the reflexology made such a huge difference, I usually talk through a lot of my treatment, this time, not one word. Thanks so much Rachel.
