Mia is a wonderful therapist and knew exactly what my aching postpartum body needed. She made me feel so comfortable and welcome and after the full body massage I felt like I had been reborn. I've had many massages before but this was a first from Mia and wow. I cannot wait to come back.

Had a lovely few days at Bodysgallen. Great hotel with plentiful and personable staff. The building is full of historical connections and has several comfortable public rooms, ideal for relaxing or reading. The gardens and the spa are on your doorstep and are really well maintained and add to the overall experience. Location wise, Bodnant garden and Llandudno are both within 15 mins drive.

As usual, Mia has worked her magic on my sore swollen legs. I highly recommend the MLD massage 👌🏼

Ceri gave me an amazing massage today. She is incredibly professional and has such a calming & friendly approach. The massage was perfectly tailored to my needs and I felt so much better afterwards. I would highly recommend Ceri and I look forward to my next massage already!

Today I recieved the Pressotherapy and - WOW! It was amazing. The room was comfortable and warm with a relaxing atmosphere. Mia was exceptional in her knowledge and attention to detail. I received a head massage during the Pressotherapy, and felt overwhelmingly relaxed. Following my treatment I was warm all day, relaxed and felt light throughout my legs. A truly beneficial treatment.

Very good pedicure and flexed to give some extra time for foot and leg massage which I much appreciated. Thank you Megan.

I had a wonderful treatment with Ceri, she was very attentive and the massage was so relaxing. I slept all night and felt wonderful the next day. Highly recommend Ceri and have given her 5 stars.

Amazing foot and leg massage.

Full body massage today which was sublime. So relaxing. Mia knows instinctively what pressure to apply when massaging. I was so chilled out, slept like a log & today feel amazing & my legs look normal...not puffy. Have booked future apt for Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage as that too does me the power of good. Since visiting Mia, I can see & feel a tremendous improvement both visually & my general overall wellbeing having suffered with lymph problems. Thank you Mia! Miracle worker. Jackie Thomas

Very good massage, the therapist was helpful and professional. The lounger bed covers, in the swimming pool area, are now a little ‘tired’ and need to be updated

Reflexology today and as always I feel amazing after any treatment by Mia and her magic hands. All that plus the added bonus of Mia being such a warm kind friendly person. This was my frist time having a massage by Mia, and as someone who has had many massages in the past both in UK and abroad, I would thoroughly recommend Mia as ahe is a very skilled, knowledgable and experienced therapist.

Absolutely amazing experience.. I suffer with a condition called Lipo Dema recently received extensive surgery on my legs removing 22 L of lipedema fat modules.. The surgery has strengthened my legs.. I traveled to Czech Republic, Prague. I have looking for a lymphatic massage specialist for awhile in North Wales, to my surprise, I came across Mia. fast and effective booking. Patient health care form. lymphatic massage releases fluid bad toxins that the body retains.. My whole experience with mis is excellent she is professional- kind and caring.
