I had the lavender experience from Nikki today it was a true spa experience. Nikki’s years of knowledge in the spa industry really showed in my stunning back massage tailored to how I like it and an extremely hydrating facial through massage was relaxing and felt like every line on my face was being smoothed out 🤩 the smells of lavender coming through all the time is the ultimate relaxation. Highly recommend this true pamper experience xxx

Had a wonderful Swedish Massage with Nikki. The bed and blankets were warm and the room was peaceful and calm. Nikki checked I was happy with the massage pressure and she worked the knots in my shoulders amazingly. Fabulous service as always from a friendly team xx

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Booked a lymphatic drainage massage due to swelling in legs on Friday. Magda was very professional, knowledgeable and expert in technique. I can honestly say it's the most relaxing experience I've ever had. The products used were pleasantly fragrance and left my skin feeling soft and hydrated, not at all tacky like some treatments. It's now Monday and I pleased to say that the swelling appears to have improved significantly.

Fantastic treatment again. Came away feeling totally relaxed and with less shoulder tension. Due to my own professional experience, I'm quite skeptical about massages and pressures, and have struggled to find salons that really work the muscles and iron out the knots. Firm massages are so much better and I was always trained that 'less is more' and it's so true. Holly's massage gave just that today. I wasn't disappointed at all.
