Good with a caveat. All the ladies were very kind, especially Emily. She did a great job. I don’t go often to get my nails done, it’s not a luxury I can indulge often. Was looking forward to a nice relaxing time after a long work week. Sadly my massage chair was broken and there was no option to move. About an hour after leaving, I had assumed my nails would be dry but while playing with my daughter on the ground, both my big toe paint smudged to the point where I had to redo my polish myself at home. A lot of things were out of my control, but was hoping for a bit more for the price I paid.

Great service. My fav part was the stone massage. Would definitely recommend to others. Little weird to blow dry my hair laying down lol but it didn't look as crazy as I thought it would. Will be back for sure

Excellent first experience getting a head massage, ever! The spa was calming and clean. There are other clients around, but you would never notice. It's extremely quiet and you become so relaxed that you forget where you are. I'll definitely come again for another head massage and facial!

I had such a wonderful experience. The scalp massage was so comfortable that I fell into asleep at the later part. The heating massage bed, soft mattress, zen music, all adds more layers of comforts to the professional skills of Miki.

It was good. I really liked the hot stone massage. However the advertised price of "34" for deluxe pedicure should mention that is does not include Gel polish as it is misleading and none of the options show the price for a gel pedicure.

My gel manicure experience with Sydney was great -- she is fun to talk to and did a lovely job on my nails. However, the online booking system did not work as it was supposed to and my appointment was changed to the West Point Grey location from the Broadway location. There were attempts to reach me but those were just minutes before the appointment. Fortunately, I was able to make the change, but I hope that will not happen again in future with the online booking system.

Always amazing - just came from having a gel nail fill and a shoulder massage - so relaxed !
