I had a great experience with HANA! I came in after giving myself a bad haircut, and she transformed it into something beautiful. She was patient, really listened, and gave helpful suggestions, even showing me how to style it at home so I can keep it looking great every day. Also, a big shoutout to Scarlet for the amazing head massage during the wash. Excellent service all around!

I had a great experience at Knead in Marpole, Vancouver. The space was clean, welcoming, and very comfortable, which immediately helped me relax. I was greeted warmly upon arrival, and my therapist Chris took the time to ask about my specific concerns before starting the session. Throughout the massage, his technique flowed seamlessly, creating a really calming and effective experience. I felt genuinely cared for the entire time, and it was clear he was attentive to my needs. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and much better overall. I would definitely recommend this therapist.

Such an amazing experience and would highly recommend. The session started off with a brief arm massage and relaxing foot soak with bath salts, followed by a foot reflexology massage, and ending off with a shoulder/neck massage. Left feeling super relaxed and ready for the weekend! Would come again!

Mia did a great job on my back and glutes. It felt very relaxing and my back feels better. The pressure was perfect and I was comfortable throughout the massage. She found a knot in my glute that she took care of, and stretched my legs at the end. She also gave me some tips on relieving knots. Overall I had a great experience!

Dear Kana, I could see the floor and tables being cleaned, which made everything feel very hygienic and welcoming. I loved Kana made the hot towel on my head and the massage 💆‍♀️ — it was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep! Julian is absolutely fantastic! I originally went in for a back massage back in December, and since then we have worked on my back, neck, and legs. His pressure is fantastic, and while I have struggled with other RMTs in the past, Julian listens to exactly what I need and knows exactly where to focus. He is great at chatting, but if you want to chill in peace, he is also really good at just letting you relax. I would 100% recommend visiting him—definitely ask him where he thinks you need focus after your first visit, as he really knows his stuff. It's always a pure delight visiting Knead!

had a massage with Megumi and shes very kind and knowledgeable! the pain in my right arm and my upper back disappeared, shes magic!!

I booked an extended session massage, which I understood to be a full-body treatment since the website didn’t provide more details. Instead, I received a foot and knee massage. It would be helpful to clarify this on the website, as both the RMT and I were unsure about what type of treatment I was supposed to receive. That said, the massage itself was excellent.
