I loved every minute of my experience at SoFlo & Co North!!! It was the most relaxing hair & eyebrow appointment I’ve ever had. I felt so pampered and taken care of. It was such a pleasure having Valerie look after my hair needs - I almost fell asleep at several points during the scalp massage, and blowout. She was super gentle, lovely to chat with, and executed the exact hair results I was looking for! Zahra did amazing with my brows - from start to finish I enjoyed my experience. She was lovely and did a great job. Highly recommend! ♥️

Best freaking hair cut of my life. Jaden (I think that’s how you spell it!) was incredible! Right down from getting exactly what I wanted and specifics, to the head massage, and the cut and style! Absolutely incredible. Just earned a regular!!!!

I’ve been going to Shae for my hair since 2020 and I can’t imagine ever letting someone else touch it! She’s so sweet, gives the BEST head massage, and has turned into a great friend over the past 5 years. She’s always amping me up during my appointments even if I let my colour grow out way longer than I should. Her work is unmatched!!

Simply amazing! I had a massage with Vanessa Leblanc RMT and I had the perfect first experience with her! Before the massage she really listened to me and what I needed. She focused on the part of my body that were painful. After the massage she gave me lots of explanations and advices on what to do next at home. She is great! Next appointment is booked already! Je suis très satisfaite de ma visite chez xelia hair & medispa inc. Elle a pris le temps de bien écouter ce que je voulais et a coupé mes cheveux exactement comme je le voulais. Le lavage était très agréable, avec un massage du cuir chevelu qui m’a beaucoup détendue. L’ambiance du salon est chaleureuse et le service est professionnel. Je recommande cette coiffeuse à toutes celles et ceux qui cherchent un bon soin capillaire!

The salon is always so clean,inviting and bright. I love the welcome you receieve when you enter. I had a facial and massage by Natalie. And I must say best I've had. She is well knowledgeable and listens. I started with foot soak and asked questions about my skin and was told what the services included and well explained. I really liked how what i explained about my skin was never forgotten about later! I got the combo facial and massage. The massage was first with great amount force. I loved it! facial was amazing best face massage ever ! she used different products then usual left not red

Amazing service , and outstanding work. The overall atmosphere when it comes to everyone who works, there is amazing. He is such a perfectionist in a good way. I definitely left very satisfied and on the bright side they serve mimosas or any drink. You would like either a coffee, water tea, and not mention the amazing head massage when you get your hair washed.

Had a very nice experience. Staff are so friendly. Really liked the new sink experience with the massage chair. Very happy with my hair as the colour was so bleached out from the sun.
